The Hipsters are at it again. As if the obsession with vinyl wasn’t annoying enough, now cassette tapes are “all the rage”…again? This sounds like something Urban Outfitters had something to do with. I am so sick of the hipsters telling me what is unconventionally “cool”…
Because iTunes is so cool and CD’s are all the rage…
This is dumb. I buy whatever I like on whatever medium is available. I’m into the traditional aspect of whole sides of records/tapes and how they fit together as opposed to a collection of a bands songs haphazardly sewn together in a weird fucked up jigsaw puzzle. You can tell this pretentious “anti-snob” to get bent.
Records are the most badass, but are way too expensive. CDs suck a lot. Cassettes are the cheapest to make and the second best format. Fuck off.
Cassettes are the best. Most portable, less likely to get destroyed, you can put music on them the most readily (next to CDs), and they are the cheapest. WarTapes.
I’ve been buying tapes for a while. My cars have only had cassette players so I’ve always been on the lookout
